30min High-Intensity Small Group Training
Challenged for time and money? Come and be part of our fun 30min high-intensity small group training sessions! With only a maximum of 4 people per session and a quarter of the cost of a personal training session, yet still access to a PT to keep you on track and accountable, these sessions are a perfect way to reach those goals!
Our Event Based bootcamps are purely designed around our current event we are training for! We train hard and as a team to ensure we are all ready for the event.

Swimfit combines traditional squad style swimming, drills with body weight exercises like squats and push ups adding in some deadball carries and pushes through the water. Its a new fun way to get fit whilst being gentle on the body.
